Unanswered Customer Care Tickets

My ticket id is 19917275. I have the same problem as most people on this thread, lot's of things are grayed out for me. I contacted customer care 23 February and haven't gotten a response. Playing on switch.

On Sunday, March 29, 2020, I contacted the support team with ticket number 20087693. So far, I have no response, except an automatic email. At this point, I have no hope that anyone will take care of my request.

I left a deatailed bug report in this thread: "Game regularly crashes since last major update.(Mem leak)". The Thread Opener describes the same issues that i have.

Please do something!

Thanks Teo! After you pushed the ticket I did receive a response from Gameloft (on 23rd April) asking for proof of age by ID. I replied on the same day with the scan but I have not received any update since! I even sent a follow up email on 30 April with no response!.

Can you push any further please?

Hello, my problem is I can't change my name because the box is greyed, the same if I want to creat a club and the chat box doesn´t apear.
If the problem is my aged, I have 35 years old.
I already reinstall and erase the cache in the nintendo swich.
