I am having the same issue, suddenly since last night I have this opponent not found problem, and my reputation point is not increasing on my club. I am not sure what is the issue. I did play a lot yesterday as the MP ghost series was ending, not sure if there is a limit to how much I can play.

Did anybody get anywhere with Customer Support on this manner?

Since last night I'm facing the same thing and my teammates told me a ban was mostly likely the case. I created a ticket and got the same reply as above, not really helping me any further. I play fairly, never altered anything, but the GL representative keeps repeating a list of possible things I could have done wrong without helping me any further.

Anybody know how long a ban lasts? That also seems to be a hard question to answer...

Hi Everyone. Similar thing happened to me today.
Since ca. 2 hours I cannot play any MP race anymore. When I try to connect the game says it was unable to find any players. What I also noticed is that my reputation from TLEs or any other activities does not add to club score. Reading through the forum, it looks like some kind of soft ban was imposed on my account.
It is rather fascinating, as there was no communication or any explaination on what is happening. It's even more shocking that I am genuine player and have never cheated or hacked.
My club mates advised to raise a ticket with customer care which I did, but till now haven't received any reply/feedback.
Gameloft, please react and let me know what is happening to my account and why.
My player ID is 44ca7 and ticket/conversation ID #166993.

Hi Ella, thanks for reply. In 72 hours the MP season will be over and so my chance to reach furhter milestones :( Would really help to have this sorted quicker.

Issue has been fixed right after 24hrs have passed. As I expected my account was banned, sadly don't even know what for. The ticket can be closed, as it requires no further attention.
