Guys don't waste your time and send anything here, I contacted the customer care 22 days ago and no answer until now.
I sent here My Conversation ID 12 days ago and still got nothing, I can't log in to the game, I spent a lot of money in this game, I think it's time to retired and save some money and I advise you to do the same because you will not get any response soon.

I have not heard anything from them - it relates to the fact that our team doesnt seem to appear on the list of clubs recruiting, even though we are an active team.

This seems an odd way to do customer support, but this one has been sitting for 3 days with no response.

This is related to the Mac Keyboard topic posted a couple of days ago.  I see a number of posts about various controllers not working.  Seems like there is a systemic issue.  Very strange that the keyboard stopped working for a day, worked again for 30 minutes, and then stopped working again.

Also, feel free to close entry 501267515.  Chalk that one up to interface confusion, but I've got it figured out.  I don't see an obvious way for me to close out a ticket that I opened.
