Hi,

After the last update my game does not start anymore and an error message appears. To be able to use the game, I need to delete all game files and reinstall the additional data. EVERY TIME WHEN I START THE GAME.
In addition, I bought the Pass of Legend Plus and the points of the missions already conquered that opened 3 groups were not added. Only the 15 groups of Pass de Lenda Plus were opened.
Lastly, I am having trouble receiving credits from ads, as shown in the image. There are several thousand lost credits.
I invested a lot of real money in this game and I can't take advantage of it properly.

Please help me...

I'm not getting any response from the customer care from nearly 2 weeks.
Does it take so much of time to respond ?
My game is not getting connected to Facebook account I've been playing from more than a year now.
Cannot miss playing this wonderful game.
Kindly help me out to fix this issue.

My game disconnected,  when i tryed to connect back with my fb account where i had the game saved and my accont was back to 0. ID:7102707 and conversation id : 496660

My problem arose when l wanted to have a secondary account on new device, but my secondary account sycend with my main account and I lost all my progess.
