I lost my all progress regarding with my owned cars, stars and many more which one would find out by getting my account checked. Please, help me! I complaint regarding this and there is no response from the customer service at all. It has been 12 days ago since I have made my mail to sent out to yours side. My ticket ID is #450174.

my case is almost resolved, in-game support asked whether i want to restore previous progress or not.
I answered yes and now I am waiting for progress to be restored.
Will it take long?
