Hello, I have written a request for a one-time transfer of progress from Android to Windows, but it seems like whoever was on that topic is slacking off their job, as I haven't received a reply since 2 weeks. Ticket ID is 20873151.

Hi Teo,
I got the answer from the support for one of my tickets on Mon, Aug 17 - 10 days ago. It was the ticket ID is 20736651 /Entry ID 109511044. The support specialist Alexandra asked me to create another ticket from the device directly, which I did the same day:Your ticket ID is 20868869. Please keep it and refer to this number in any follow-up emails on this subject.Kind regards,

thanks a lot teo. Hope the team resolves my issue as they had made an error in transferring my game progress   Instead from android to iOS they transferred iOS to android and now I have lost progress worth 2 years

I contacted Gameloft Customer Care 4 days ago about account transfer. Still no reply. This is how you treat your customers?

Here's my ticket ID: 20920855
Please reply to me as soon as possible. I can't play on my mobile phone because of the graphics. I need to transfer the account to my Windows PC ASAP.

Ticket#: 20939931 (this ticket is the same issue and is created because the previous ticket has no response even though it was pushed, and now new version 2.4.4a was released)
