Hello, My name is Abin Raj K. i already submitted my complaint regarding the reward in asphalt 9 2nd anniversary event in daily event and got ticket id 20752677 but no further replies have been received.

ive submitted this complaint about a graphics issue in order and chaos one week ago, i have submitted it again yesterday still not a reply the ticket number from 7 days ago is 20733483 please help.
