Changed to play on another laptop, ACCESS RESTRICTED. Now reverted back to old PC and still ACCESS RESTRICTED.
I missed to play in current GP, cannot claimed reward for car hunt riot. Purchasing in the Shop seems find though.

Hello, 9 days ago I contacted customer care through the Asphalt 9 in-game chat function but there was no response. Thus, I contacted CC 4 days ago via the Customer Care website but there was still no response. My conversation ID is 275142. Thanks in advance.

I haven't received any reply from customer care. I have sent my message 7 days ago, please help me. My Ticket number is:268907. Issue: Progress lost due to reinstallation. I needed to reinstall because I was unable to sync my progress with google/Fb.
