Bonjour,
Je me permets de poster ici car j'ai un ticket ouvert au support depuis le 20 décembre 2018 et malgré plusieurs relances, j'ai toujours la même réponse
Voici la référence du ticket au support :

Voici le contenu de mon dernier mail le 21 février dernier
Bonjour, Excusez moi de vous relancer de nouveau mais les plantage lors des lancements de publicités sont de plus en plus fréquents que ce soit pour APOLLON, PACK PUBLICITAIRE ou encore pour DOUBLER LES GAINS !Ces plantages se manifestent soit par un GEL DE L'APPLICATION, soit par un REDEMARRAGE DE L'APPLICATION ou encore par UN ARRET PUR ET SIMPLE DE L'APPLICATIONJ'entends bien que cela est en cours de traitement mais pouvez vous me dire quelles sont exactement les actions en cours ?Pour rappel,et incident est ouvert depuis 2 mois !!!Mon expérience utilisateur est très mauvaise car ces plantages incessants sont très agaçants !Cela risque de se traduire par une mauvaise note sur APPSTORE avec un commentaire par forcément agréable pour votre réputation...Espérant avoir une réponse autre que "votre demande est en cours de traitement" ! Cordialement,Thierry

Depuis il y a eu une mise à jour du jeux pour le nouvel évènement spécial "HURACAN EVO SPYDER" et je pensais que les bugs seraient corrigés en même temps...
Mais, malheureusement, c'est pire qu'avant, plantage quasiment systèmatique lorsque je veux regarder une pub !

Bref, j'espère que la situation va s'améliorer en utilisant ce forum.

In Windows it's: Gameloft Connect>Customer Care>I did not find an answer to my question>Contact Us>(fill out the required info) Submit.
I have seen people mention pressing the Customer Care button at the top of the screen, but that must be other platforms, as I don't have an icon like that.

My ticket has been responed to, however, the ticket I sent asked for my data to be transferred from IOS to Android. I got a reply saying I just needed to send a message of confirmation to customer care and then the process would begin but it doesn't seem like it has.

Andrei, as you're writing them, ask them about the illiberal choice to impose censorship in PRIVATE Asphalt 9 clubs, where people is supposed they can decide how to speak according to democracy rules.

Hi there,
I am posting this on behalf of a A9 clubmate (Player Id: 2d4899). He has file an issue on 18 Feb 2019 and the Ticket Id is 17764120. Besides the standard automated email reply, there has not been any reponse from any customer service officers. He has tried replying to that email but again no responses. We have seen other players' posting on similar issues being address in a couple of days but our clubmate has been waiting patiently for 6 weeks. Any help render to contact a customer service officer on his issue would be much appreciated.
