Please Help

I just got the LG Q7+ and I downloaded gangstar vegas and the on screen controls won't appear at all so it's basically useless for me. I tried it on my old Samsung edge 6 and it works fine they appear and everything. So I went back to T-Mobile and they said it was not the phone it's something I need to fix in the settings and to play around with it, well I still haven't fixed the issue. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?
