Import Parts not usable

For some reason I can't add import parts to my cars anymore,, game shows I have them in inventory, but when I open the car to apply them, it shows I have zero,,,

It shows zero because you don't actually have any. You need blue import parts for those upgrades and you only have purple ones.

I have a 1 star Vulcan 2185/2206 and have a bunch of A class import parts.....somehow the game does not allow me to upgrade the car?? Please fix this issue asap....thanks....cannot compete with much higher ranked  cars like this Thanks in advance
