Multiplayer Pack Issue

I'm trying to collect my pack, but keep getting an error:

Windows 10. Forgot to say that.

Well, now it worked lol. Maybe worth looking in to though. After 30 minutes passed from reset it worked.

fist of all, why don't I have an option to start a new thread?! secondly even if you play 30 races back to back without stopping, 1 hour is NOT enough time to finish all of them. too much time is spent waiting for people to connect. it's impossible to collect the gold pack. this is a terrible design.

Sometimes can play... But no always
