Im a tilt player but with my huawei mate 10 lite i have so much lag

I have Honor 10.
Flagship Kirin 970 proc and 4 GB ram, but looks like 480p and 50% rendered and run "extra low graphics". No difference Low vs High settings same potato quality. When i use 18:9 ratio the touch on the screen is inaccurate, i need to use 19:9 (with notch) to be accurate. 
No effects, low resolution, 30fps only, everythig is edgy. Meanwhile youtube gameplays is like PS3 console quality but in my phone is PS1...
