Bug or a Hacker

I won a race but when the results came in, I’m not in the first place. Is this guy (EverX) a hacker or it’s just a bug?

You misunderstood me my sir. Please read it again and watch the video one more time. To clear things to you, I'm the one with the white car (Ford GT). This Replay is my opponent's camera and you can see the end results with a highlight in my name to indicate who the player is. Thanks!
