From what I can tell, the game requires d3d10.dll (DirectX 10 Runtime Application) and d3d11.dll (DirectX 11 Runtime Application)
Make sure your GPU supports it either of these two, if not; then stop trying and get a new one.

Really? 150%? I don't think it goes above that, I could be wrong. For me it only goes up to 100%.
If you want fullscreen, go to the game and do these shortcuts: Alt+Enter and you'll be fullscreen.

I saw them doing %150 videos.
