not compatible but on the list

i'd like to get this game

meaning someone at gameloft answer this please, i had this problem on asphalt extreme and it was fixed, just need a reply

I have the same problem with Lenovo tab 4 8. Device is on the list but incompatible

when asphalt extreme received an update it became non compatible so i sent an email and they fixed it, the game played perfctly just like A8, so another update comes same problem they told me since we're not updating the game again our development department is not able to fix it, they updated the game several times after so they LIED to me, i hope i can get some straight answers on this current problem with A9

I have my phone too on the list but still can't download. My phone : Huawei P20 Pro

My new phone Zenfone 5z is in compatible list but when I go to Play store it displays message device not compatible.

Gameloft devs could you please check and update on this.

We are few of those unlucky people whose device are listed as compatible but somehow we are getting message that device isn't.

My phone runs on Android 8.0 and SD845 chipset

Why is Gameloft ignoring this post plz make somthing to fix this i dont want to loose my Pre-registration Rewards someone just answer.

Seems like Gameloft developers does't care about their customers who are waiting desperately to play A9
