I'm just a fellow world-wide release normie with 32% career progress, but in my immediate **** experience, all of them are worth going for, because when you're at the early stages of this game, any blueprint is a good blueprint. And credits or token rewards from events seem to be the most effective farming method in Asphalt 9.
Personally, I use my first set of tickets on the daily loot (selected in your screenshot) and complete that as much as my current garage lets me (I don't have an A-class car yet, so I can't get the S-class blueprint), then I do the other events one by one. And because even cheap blueprints are useful to me right now, I currently favor getting the easy rewards from all events over trying again and again to make a given lap time threshold.
Once we're further along in our career, like OP and his fellow soft launchers are, we'll probably want to change our priorities and focus more on big-ticket events. But even now, don't ignore the latter kind completely. I was surprised to find that my lowly C-class Lotus got me into the current championship's top 5% (current position: 522— side note: percentage-based rewards are very nice improvement over the fixed numbers in previous Asphalt games).
PS for Laxus Ralenion: This is a great thread. Thank you for creating it!
