Here are some of my ideas for new legendary dragons:

1. Water Sprite dragon (like a water fairy)
Legendary + Water + Light
Winged style

2. Nessie dragon (inspired by the Loch Ness monster)
Legendary + Water + Shadow
Finned style

3. Goshiki dragon (like the goshiki koi fish)
Legendary + Water + Fire
Reptilian style

On the breedable dragon side of things... The Legendary breedables seem incomplete to me. The introduction of Emperor as a fourth bi-elemental rare gave us the possibility to breed Crystal in combination with Magnet, but there should be other Legendaries to be bred from Emperor in combination with the other bi-elemental rares to complete the set/cycle.

Currently Magnet could be seen as the most important of the bi-elemental rares and Emperor as the least important one. It seems wrong to me that the only reason for Emperor's existence is Crystal.

=11ptIf there are any dragons here that already exist, it would be awesome if you could inform me so i can edit it.

I would like to see a Spring dragon - legendary, light and plant (opposite of Autumn ). Shape - maybe like Light dragon, or like Plant dragon, but very beautiful and spring-like.
Also, a metal-water-energy, Bodybuilder dragon - because they are strong and drink a lot of liquids. Body shape - like Shadow, Boxer and Sumo, of course.
Strawberry dragon would also be cute. The color pattern of a strawberry would be delicious.
And my favorite idea about Poisonous Ivy with shadow, plant and light.
Also Fluorescent dragon - light-void-wind. It can be like Light dragon in body style with blueish-yellowish hues.
Another one - Mermaid dragon, finned-style of the body. I would make her legendary with water and light. Also, Silver dragon - metal, light and void.
And two more:
Scorpion dragon, a finned-style dragon. Many combination of elements would be appropriate for it, like shadow-energy-earth, shadow-energy-void, shadow-metal-fire, shadow-metal-plant and even others.
Spider dragon - this one I imagine as a new body-style dragon, with many limbs, dark body with some light lines which look like a web, and why not even a new type of element.

I am also curious about following new body types - multilegged/limbed (arthropods) or 3headed (Hydras).

I totally agree. I made a quick diagram to show at a glance the existing breeding combinations for Emperor and Sunflower, Mercury, Lightning, and Magnet. Currently, the pattern is incomplete, as shown by the thick lines of existing combinations.

To this end, here are my suggestions for the missing combinations. The element combination of the offspring is chosen because they also do not exist:

1. Emperor + Sunflower -> "Water sprite" (Legendary/Light/Water); this is kind of a water "fairy" so I would imagine this to be a blue Pixie-like upright-style dragon

2. Emperor + Mercury -> "Hydra" (Legendary/Water/Shadow); I could imagine this grey and blue finned-style dragon with tentacles on its head like Mutant 

3. Emperor + Lightning -> "Black hole" (Legendary/Void/Shadow); the name is from the combination of Void and Shadow. This dragon could be serpentine-style looking similar to Dark Matter.
