City Mania

My phone broke and I brought it to the store where they fixed my phone but resetted evreything.. Now I reinstalled the game and my whole city is gone :/ Is there anyway I can het this back? I was a competive player even was in the top 3 in an event I realy like the game but I don't wanne start from scratch again.. please help me

I am not shure warewto post this issue. I installed City Mania for the 1st time yesterday on April 4th and I keep getting the connection error glde_dcte the catch downloads fine but I from the get go get this error and can't get past tthe title screen. I can play Asphaot Nitro with no problems. I am using Android 6 on a Lenovo TB3-850F Help would  be appreciated. Thanks.
