Lost 5000 tickets to the new Tier 4 Mega...

I unlocked the new mega event (tier 4) earlier (when it didn’t have the correct icon). Then hours later, after I played a game, I noticed that it is locked now. I lost my 5000 tickets because i think the event was reset. Can I get my tickets back? Does anyone else encountered the same issue?

Yes. Same case like me. I lost 10,000 tickets

Obviously this is a bug and I met the problem as well.

Happy....and un-happy i'm not the only one with that issue !
To top it off, the match i got my 12th MVP was the one i came back to find out all had resetted, hence getting no tier 4 gear, and losing progress towards it along with the 5k tickets...

It happened to me as well.

I registered and almost fulfilled the final check to finish the event.  I see this morning it’s locked,  not happy I lost tickets and progress.

Oeps, I'm disappointed with the same problem, too. I had only one remained task for MVP, but it was totally reset. How could I receive again my 5000 tickets and my tasks?

They have to refund and do it quick. Because we only have few hours left to finish the task.

Anyway, I encourage you all to contact support so they can look into the matter officially.

And what is with tier 4? It’s always been tier 5

Bring back tier 5 for this or it is a big waste of money
