Hello,

I unlocked the new mega event (tier 4) on this weekend and I had only one remained task for MVP, but it was totally reset. How could I receive again my 5000 tickets and my tasks? I hope to your rapid reply for my problem because I can’t complete the submission form as to as below situation. I will restart now the mega event(tier4), but I anticipate rapid recovery. Thanks already!

I've already contacted Customer Service. My conversation ID is 23505. I just started the Mega Event too so I've already put in my 5k tickets.

Kind of sad that I can't defend being Rank 1 over the weekend too. Really hoping this gets resolved soon.

Yo también he perdido los datos, era el driver 1307, posición 7088 en la clasificación oro 4, no sé ver el ID, me aparece en oro que tengo -3.585.081 pero sí tengo las fichas azules que tenía.
