Progress Lost? [READ HERE]

Hello everybody,

If you have lost your progress, unfortunately I cannot assist you on the forums. In order to recover it, please contact our Customer Care team by using the in-game button - they will check your account data and restore the profile to you.

( Settings > Customer Care > Complete the submission form )

Please feel free to write your ticket ID below. I will try to speed up the process, but keep in mind that our Customer Care team is handling hundreds of tickets on daily basis - please wait at least 2 days for a reply to your case.

14392997 Lost everything as well despite connecting my Facebook account. This is after I was banned and later told it was a mistake. I can't play the game in peace

Last week I can't get in to the game after update v 1.1.11 so I've try to re-install but can't fix then I restore my device and install game now I can get into the game but I lost my progress that is always connected to my Facebook account When I connected to my account after this update it didn't ask me to switch accounts or anything it simply synced to the new level one. I've been playing on both Android and  PC since launch, switching seamlessly between devices as they were both connected to the same Facebook account. I had to reset my PC earlier and have since reinstalled MCVS; however, I don't seem to be able to restore my progress (on PC). I still have my account on my Android device but I do prefer to play on PC since its a much smoother experience, in fact, the only time I play on Android is to complete the Solo Play, since optimization is crap on Android I cant play multiplayer there without crashing every 5 minutes. Do I still send a ticket or just wait till you guys fix the account linking problem?
