Connection issue

Hi!
I live in Malaysia, KL, downloaded MCV from Google play.
After I launch the game and trying to connect - get an error, that this region is not being covered by Soft Launch.
Tried VPN as well to SG / PH - no success.  Here is an example: http://imgur.com/a/KKoBx
How can I fix the error? Device - Samsung Galaxy S8+ (G955FD)

I been telling them this for nearly 2 weeks now. Sigh still no reply.

Hey there both of you,

First of all, I am sorry you are encountering this issue. If you are from Malaysia and have a compatible device, you should be able to play this game. Could I ask you to send a ticket to our Customer Support center? You do not need to provide any screenshots but please use the http://www.whatsmyip.org/ service (without any VPN active) and add your IP to the ticket so we can verify these reports.
