no prize from paid event

hi guys..
i paid diamonds to join the "Golden Battle Pass" and for 8 kills you got a new revolve skin, never came but i did get a red circle with an exclamation mark in it, then i logged in to the golden event  and won a camo for revolv, never came but i got the red cicle again, sent email to help centre, and they sent me a random camo (common for juke) as the devs know about the missing prizes and this for my inconvienence. then i got an email saying that because i recieved the random camo, I aint getting the skin or camo I won.. see atached pic now i have two missing prizes and two red circles on my inventry forever as the prizes will never be produced. strange but true..  so be care witth the paidfor events as the prizes can be anything they decide to send you and not wht it says in the event.

obviously nobody ever comes here..... ;(

Well, it's true that barely anyone visits this place anymore. However there's an official Discord server for this game you can join where there's much more activity and a better chance your problem will be noticed. Link here: https://discord.gg/mcvs
Though, you should contact CC (in-game) first so they can help you with your problem faster.
