I cracked my phone by accsident and I got another one can I transfer my account I have spent almost 2000$to buy 200 000 dimonds so far please can I transfer it or I can make a new account and u send me my 200,000 simonds and gold please

I even uninstalled the game and installed it again but its still not working. i did what ever i could but its not working. plz help me
