Arena Disconnection

Could you please leave a message and mention how many are you encountering in a day?

5回に1回は起きます。1日?プレイ時間に依存するでしょ。

サーバーから切断されたときの順位を確定すればいいだけなのに、
なんで2位で-10のペナルティーを課されないといけないのかが分からない。

Have been disconnected several times. Try to even contact customer service since last week and no response from anyone their either. Everytime we lose the 2 tickets needed to play as well as -10 points each time it disconnects us.. GL needs to fix this and at least respond to your customers...

To many disconnection with consequently loss of point ,too many Times does sconnection succed for not users problems...not right lost point and energy 🤬🤬

Hi, there I have had at least 3 disconnects today alone. I have had a ping running during the game play and noted that there seems to be a pattern but it occurs at random times.  It will almost always drop 3 packets when the problem occurs. Not sure if this may be a routing issue or some thing to do with load balancing or redundancy.

Note: I have tried reducing the video parameters to see if that changed anything and unfortunately I gained little to nothing.
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled per your recommendation with no change.
If you would like or need my Public IP address I would be willing to provide that to assist in troubleshooting.
I would also be willing to assisting it the troubleshooting process if needed. Just let me know.

I have had as many as 6 in one day. Loss of points and tickets occur for each one. I have screen shots of a few.

Same thing here. Multiple disconnects with probably a loss of 100 points or so. Getting very frustrated I get docked for a game issue.
I have very high speed internet with no other device or program issues so it has to be the arena game.

I believe I my have spoken too soon about the disconnects. I have again experienced more again today (at least 2) so far. I'm hopeful that the you have narrowed in on the issue and will have it completely resolved soon. Thanks and as far as the lost points it is a beta version so I had fairly low expectations.
