Battle passes

I lost 2600 rubies due to the bug in the season 33 battle pass in group 7, I was open to buy the challenges, I pressed 2 times and after the game came out and came back, the challenge was still closed. Does anyone know how to recover ??

Hello, Impossible to buy special offer because the button is missing! It was 2900 rubies that I want to spent.

I had an account that I was logged into on Microsoft about 3 years ago with the email finnandjakeadventuretime75@gmail.com
And now all of the data is gone when I logged back in today

A while back there seemed to be a culling of inactive accounts - it was most noticeable by various clans reporting their red-dots (inactive players) started disappearing out of their clan roster. I suspect your old account may have been caught up in this initiative.

If you need more info please feel free to ask and I'll dig out a link to the relevant posts.

Hello team, issue with ops missions... No event in clan ops missions.

Games was not loading.. I cleared the cache and since then could not
see any events in the list...

Hi, i have a problem with Killer Arena. I tried to find an answer to my problem but seems there is non. Anyway, playing KA is possible but it won't add and point from the last played game there. It means, I get no rewards at all. Could you perhaps point me what to do? THX

I'll assume you mean the Arena.

There are known intermittent issues with Arena scoring. One example can be found here....
