Infected Mode
Some of you think that there is a bug in this mode because it is diffrent than what it used to be in Asphalt 8. Well, it's not a bug  :P , the changes were intended.

Server Connection Issue:
We know some of you are experiencing connection issues. Our team is on it and we’re working on fixing these. It is apparently due to 3g or 4g connections. Thanks for your reports!

iOS Login Issue:
If your game is constantly trying to load and the login procedure is failing, without any error message, please follow these steps and you should be able to play:
    1. Completely exit the game.
    2. Enter in your device settings, and log out from your GameCenter account.
    3. Enter Asphalt Xtreme game, where no GameCenter login will be required.
    4. Exit the game one more time.
    5. Login with your GameCenter in your device settings, and start the game, and enjoy the thrill of the race!

Android Winning Streak:
We are investigating what could be an issue

Edit: Every Platform Winning Streak:
Sometimes, the rewards are not delivered (Error 2 message, etc...). We are working on a solution. Thanks for your patience.

iOS Login Issue:
An Hotfix is avaialble on the AppStore! Download the hotfix now on iOS to solve the 'Connection Issues' preventing some of our players to login and race in ASphalt Xtreme. Simply open the AppStore, search for Asphalt Xtreme and tap 'update'! 

Car Upgrade Issue:
Some of you can't upgrade their cars. We are aware of the issue and we are working on a solution. Hang on tight! Edit:  
It is fixed. Please close your game and launch it again.

X360 Controler:
The acceleration and the steer might be acting strangely when using this controler on Windows. We are investigating.

Controler Compatibility:
We know that many controlers do not work with Xtreme yet, on every platform. We are working on this. Soon, you will be able yo use your controler.

Multiplayer Wining Streak Rewards:
The issue is fixed in Update 1, you can now obtain your rewards by playing Multiplayer.

Game Crashes on iOS:
Since Update 1, the game is crashing on the device of some palyers. We are aware of this issue and we are fixing it. 

Cups Results Synchronization issue:
The game gives an error message to some palyers at the end of their race in time Limited Event mode. This forbiden them to record their result. We are aware of the issue.

The upcoming hotfix should solve this issue on Windows.

TLE: Restarting a Race decrease car performance
I have reproduced the issue. I have shared the reproduction steps to the Xtreme Team, they will check them and see if this is a real issue. I will keep you posted.
