hi game loft, quick question on rules reffering to players having multiple active accounts at once in march of empires?
i read its against the rules but its apparent that players are doing it.....

I have been waiting for days and all I have received are automated responses towards my account issue. Despite always being logged in to my Microsoft/MSN account, I have lost access to my castle and whenever I log into the game I am sent towards a new account in a different realm. Issues happen and I understand that, but to not have a single reply from anyone at Customer Care for days, after sending several tickets is quite simply, unacceptable. Not that I expect this will do much at this point, but my last ticket ID is 17139936.
