Transfer progress please

Forgot to mention the email response/confirmation I received only referenced a "Conversation ID" (included in my orginal post); it did not reference a "Ticket ID".  Customer Care email response quoted below:
One of our agents will get back to you shortly.
You can see your Conversation ID in the bottom-right corner of this email.

My apologies for mildly hijacking this thread, I'm a newly registered user, so I'm not able to create a new thread yet (thank you for your thread explaining that Joy).

However, help with transferring progress is exactly what I need as well - FROM an Android device TO a new iOS device.
I submitted a Customer Care request through the app five days ago, but have not received a response other than the original confirmation.

All the relevant details (old/new User IDs, device info, etc) are in the submitted help request:
Conversation ID: #272150

PLEASE HELP! I have lost my progress too. I have played for over a years and have spent or 100 ponds on my DisneyKingdom. I have my user ID's. PLEASE PLEASE can a member of staff transfer my progress to my new account?

I have now a new phone a samsung and want to load mine save data from iPhone but I connotatie connect with Facebook
Can you guys put the save game of my icloud to mine android .
My account on iPhone was bobby.witjes@icloud.com
And mine user ID on android is sheikcarter2507 or user ID mdc:1de82f4.
Please help me because I really like the game
And Facebook connection doesn't work because It doesnt connect.
