GL are currently looking at my ticket hopefully the issue will be sorted soon.  I have pointed out that there are a number of other players with the same issue posted under this topic

Update: I now have Barrel & 30 gems in compensation. Hope everyone else gets sorted soon

Still nothing for me, hope i get same as you did as frustrating missing out on things due to it, is there any way of getting updates on tickets? ive been waiting 36 hours now

This happened to me too....ticket number 21199181...fortunately still trying to participate, but it would be easier having Barrel.

El primer dia de Evento llegue al Hito para desbloquear a Barrel, y cuando tenia que darmelo, se cerro la aplicacin, voy 48 Hs, perdiendo de poder enviar a hacer misiones de Evento, por lo que no voy a poder llegar a sacar a Shock si sigo demorando en tenerlo, ademas, ya perdi por lo menos de enviarlo 4/5 veces.... Mi Ticket lo genere ayer y es: 21197255

I have just sent an email to rhe support person who sorted my issue and included all you ticket numbers. Hopefully if you are not already sorted you will hear from them soon

wow, thanks. I still have my hopes up that GL will sort this while we still have a shot at shock.
