Having the same issue since yesterday morning.  None of the ad links are working, all sending to black screen I am unable to get out of.

Hi Joy, I have 2 ticket numbers for the same issue: 20713503 and 20718587. The first one was logged July 17 and second July 18. Could someone please contact me? I've lost my progress and back to square one, but I know what my User ID is.

I managed to solve my update problem (ticket ID 20736991) but since then I have a problem with the ads.

When I try to claim the rewards by watching an publicity, it doesn't launch. The screen goes black and the game freezes. I have to restart the app and cannot claim the rewards.

It's been 3 days now that I can't watch ads and get rewards (gems, potions or cocoa refreshners and others). My ticket number is20759295. and I hope this get fix soon and hopefully you'll be kind enough to give us free the items we missed for the time the ads don't work.    Thanks

Ticket Number 20766013 Lost all my currency and converted into gems, and them told me i didnt complete the tower when i have to donut stand.
