Can I please get some support regarding my ticket  id #302730 ?
It has been 3 weeks from now...

My son has completely lost his progression, he played 3 years long with everyday connection, he is very sad.
Furthermore, he is seeing some good events to come.

Please tell us what kind of informations do you need to recover his progression (unfortunately, he never recorded his login ID. he was about to welcome Michel Darling and Tia Dalma, he was also improving Bullseye from Toy Story level 10, hope that can help).

Please help.

Since this last update, I and several other people haven't been able to load the game.  I sent in two tickets and have not gotten a response.  The event starts today and neither Gameloft or DMK have addresed the issues.  Entry ID: 110015506 Conversation: 407253, Entry ID:  110012616 Conversation: 404265.
