Customer Care - Ticket IDs

Hi Joy.
After Level 2 in the Maleficent Tower challenge, I lost all my Maleficent coins, and rewards. Ticket ID 20797949. I was just about to get Rabbit, when this happened. Hoping it can be resolved quickly, as I am now unable to get Rabbit or his house in the time left in the challenge.

Ticket #20765149 user id 6d1ccf. No sign from customer care since more than a week!!!!
At the update between chapter 1 and chapter 2 of the TC challenge, all my TC challenge money was turned into 2 gems (almost 10000-11000 money!). I had passed chapter 1 (I received Mickey's Celebration Donut Stand and had over 30000 points) it is rated fail now! I was on my way to having Master Owl! Please, help me give me back my event currency!

Hey Joy!!! I am also waiting for a reply and so is Pokemaster3521. He/Her lost his/her progress and is back on level 1. He/She sent a ticket to Customer Care. Ticket ID:20801397.

I have 2 outstanding tickets ID #20791067 - lost all event currency on 7/31 and ID #20775961 - have been unable to watch videos to earn items since 7/21. I am more concerned with the ticket #20791067 for the event currency because I will be unable to earn the Owl otherwise. Could this please be looked into for me. Thanks

I've sent multiple requests via webform.
Today tried to send an email to developer only to have that bounce back.
Customer care appear to believe my issue (all progress lost) is resolved but it isn't.
New ticket lodged today as per automated response from developer email: 20813753

Seriously disappointed I've been waiting two weeks to resolve this.

I submitted a couple of tickets over a week ago that I am still waiting to hear back from.
