I ordered the Dad Bundle, which is the Event Pack 3, on the Disney Magic Kingdom. I recieved the 6 ruby chest but not the Onward Dad character. My order number is 8334550938.

same i bought the jack sparrow pack and never recieved the diamonds or jack, and everytime i try to repurchase it says the purchase was unsuccessful (microsoft order #8072852940)

Hello @ all,
I have the same issue. I bought a big Winnie-Puuh Bundle. While purchasing the 6 chests the game crashed but the purchase got trough - got an E-Mail from Amazon. After restarting the game I didn't get any of the chests. Already contacted the Gameloft Customer support. Ticket ID: 20435431. Please Help!

I've contacted Microsoft and this company and i have gotten no response from Gameloft on this issue.

I bought the Winne the Pooh chestx6 bundle and no chests appeared but the jerks took my cash.

They still haven't issued me a ticket #.

The $ amount is not the issue it's the crappy CS this company offers for a something Disney has their name tied too.

I'm more concerned this Company's CS is crappy and I'm ashamed of the amount of Disney brands that have been associated.
