[Read Here] How to Contact Customer Care

Hello Kingdomers,

If you’ve been impacted by technical issues, gameplay bugs or other odd experiences you need to contact the Customer Care team. They can provide additional assistance, troubleshooting guidance and general help.

The recommended method is to submit a support ticket in-game, which will let CC Agents easily identify your account and device information allows them to assist you better and helps the Dev team investigate your issue and deploy a fix accordingly. Follow these steps to pay a visit to CC.

❶ Tap on the Options button at the top right corner of the screen.

❷ Press the Customer Care button. The support website will then pop up in your default browser.Image

❸ Scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and tap “I didn't find an answer to my question” > “Contact Us”.Image

❹ Fill out the form (briefly describe your case in the Comments section) and hit the Submit button.Image

❺ An automatic message with your ticket ID will be delivered shortly. Check your inbox or spam folder.Image

❻ In order to let your ticket be assigned to a CC Agent, reply back to the automated email with as many details as possible. Sometimes a screenshot or video clip helps a lot to clarify your issue, and if you wish to attach a large file you can also post its (download) link in your response after being uploaded to an online hard drive (e.g., Google Drive, MediaFire) or video platform (e.g., YouTube, Streamable).Image

❼ Share your ticket number in the Bugs & Issues sub-forum so that CMs will help prioritize it. ❤️

If you cannot access the in-game Customer Care button, please visit the following support website according to the platform you play DMK on. Please also mention your user/player ID (e.g., mdc:0000) in either the Comment section when filling out the form or your reply to the automated mail.
