Gostaria que me ajudassem a resolver um problema, acredito que não muito comum para vcs.Preciso que transfiram o progresso do jogo Disney Magic Kingdoms para outra pessoa. Procurei saber por outras pessoas e vi que não é possível porém o meu caso é diferente e gostaria que lessem com atenção o meu caso!Quando comprei o meu tablet eu inseri todos os meus dados pessoais nele. Depois vi que já veio instalado o jogo e mostrei para a minha noiva que gosta muito da Disney. Ela começou a jogar e assim dei o tablet para ela. Toda vez que ela fazia alguma compra era pelo meu cartão ou toda vez que precisava entrar em contato com vcs por algum problema a resposta vinha pelo meu email.Porém nós terminamos já faz algum tempo e o jogo está sendo um "problema". Ela continua jogando, pois gosta muito e já gastamos bastante dinheiro com o jogo, porém está sendo um grande problema para ela ter que entrar em contato comigo quando realiza alguma compra ou manda email para vcs.Vi que tem como trocar o email, mas e o usuário Google/Facebook ?Gostaria muito que nos ajudassem, pois eu não vou continuar jogando, e ela não irá começar do zero já que investiu bastante no jogo.Espero ter sido claro, aguardo retorno de vcs.Obrigado!

When I bought my tablet I inserted all my personal data into it. Then I saw that the game was installed and I showed it to my fiancée that she loves Disney. She started to play and so I gave the tablet to her. Every time she made a purchase was for my card or every time I needed to contact you for some problem the answer came by my email. But we finished already some time ago and the game is being a "problem". She keeps playing because she likes a lot and we already spend a lot of money on the game,

I'm guessing that borrowing the tablet from her and removing all of your own credentials from it is not an option? 

Ideally you'd want to contact customer care through the game menu using her tablet. If you don't have access to the tablet you can still contact customer care through the following link:

The information you'll need to provide them is the User ID on her game. The User ID is an alphanumeric number that appears on the top left corner of the screen as the game is loading, if the game is already running you can find the User ID in the "credits" tab under the main menu(User ID EX: MDC:1a2b3c)

If purchases have become an issue or purchases are being made without your authorization you always have the option to report the card as being lost or stolen and no more charges will be allowed to that same number.
