having same issue since june 25, asked Customer service on 28 and still no answer at all ....since that, not only adds have disapeard but also noticed that callendar aswelll :(and haven't the "new event comming soon" window either)

Bonjour, j'ai exactement le même problème depuis le 13 avril dernier, soit à l'époque de l'évènement Vaïana. J'ai signalé par de nombreux messages au service client mon problème. Mais à ce jour, et ce malgré que j'ai suivi toutes les consignes qu'ils m'ont donné, mon beug n'est toujours pas résolu. J'ai eu en dédomagement 50 gemmes, mais on est encore loin du compte de tout ce que j'ai perdu depuis le 13/04/19, soit un total de 216 gemmes au 30/07/19. Sans compter toutes les fioles, tous les coffres auxquels je n'avais pas accès, et les vidéos des évènements de la tour auxquelles je ne peux pas accéder également. La perte est tout de même considérable et je me sens clairement désavantagée par rapport aux autres joueurs pour lesquels tout roule. Il y a plein de coffres que j'aurai pu acheter avec des gemmes, ou même des personnages que j'aurais pu m'acheter lors des évènements. Ou bien encore des tasses de chocolat que j'aurais pu obtenir pour m'aider à aller plus vite dans les rechargements.
Aujourd'hui, le dernier message obtenu du service client date d'il y a presque 1 mois mais toujours pas de résolution de mon problème. Bientôt 4 mois que je galère et que je me sens un peu oubliée du service client.

I have the same issue.
On 3 June, the event  stoppe
d early. Several days later the video stopped. For a few weeks I kept the calender rewards until eventually that went too. I repoted the problem on 5 June. They keep telling me whenever I  ask for updates that the technicians need to run further tests. Two months of tests....really!!!!!

alling the game on another pc gives me everthing back except my progress after 3 June is lost. I have aquired several characters since then and do not want to start over. Further more I play the game mostly on the pc that has the bugged game. The other pc is just not convenient.
