Didn't receive purchase

I purchased the Captain Hook bundle which included Hook, the Jolly Rancher, and 100 gems.
I only received the Jolly Rancher.  No Captain Hook.  I don't know if I got the gems or not.
Tried restarting several times.  I confirmed internet connection is good.
Character Book shows Captain Hook needs 500 gems for unlock.
I purchased via Microsoft Store $14.99 and have receipt.

Received automated email from Gameloft customer service.
Replied with a screenshot of my Microsoft receipt of purchase.
Awaiting new content.

I purchased 2 little mermiad chests packs and I only got one I've sent emails and pictures of my receipt and nothing I've waited 5 hours my ticket number is 17751008 please someone help me
