After the second ticket I send this afternoon, they finally replied and send the fix!!! The event is back and so the calendar! finger crossed for you all...

Hallo habe auch mein komplettes Spiel verloren habe aber mich leider nie bei Facebook oder Cloud Registriert meine Ticket ID ist 17772474 bin lvl 32 und mein Name im Spiel ist Disney-Fan 45831 hoffe auf schnelle Hilfe und das ich schnell wieder Spielen kann. Liebe Grüße

Auch bei mir wurde das Event Küss den Frosch komplett beendet am 19.02.19 um ca. 11:30 ist anscheinend der Timer abgelaufen und die events waren weg. Zusätzlich ist ein weiteres Problem aufgetreten das die Wünsche nachdem sie 99% erreichen dann auf 1% wieder neu starten. Ticket wurde gestern erstellt Ticket-ID ist: 17769250. Meine 3 Kinder (6,8,10 Jahre) sind nun echt Traurig das wir das Event nun nicht mehr beenden können.

I have been posting on here since Sunday and have contacted Customer Care multiple times.  Last I heard from them was that I had the mini event but nothing is being done to restore the Princess and Frog event to my game.

Just lost all my progress. Reconnected to Facebook, but didn't help. Reinstalled the game and the game is in a "Checking Connection" loop (while I do have internet).
Couldn't use the in-game Support button, so email them directly. Waiting for my Ticket ID for some minutes now, but didn't get an auto-reply yet. Game ID: 2566:asa:4435h4

I uninstalled and reloaded I too am in the checking connection loop it states connection found then keeps looping back. Im feed up with all the in this game . It is one faulty update after another them CS wants to blame our devices that worked fine before the updates. blame the user not the game it is too many complaints about the same thing on various platforms after the update. Get it together gameloft :(

My game wasn’t updating so I deleted it and downloaded it again but I can’t get my game progress back! It’s been over a week of me trying to conect and disconect from game center and Facebook but nothing works!
