Can anyone please help me!
Because of a notification problem in the game i decidet to remove the game and reinstall it...

I was connected in the game with Google and Facebook but after i reistall the game im still level 4 instead of level 39

My player id is asa51f9gc9
My ticket nr is 18722901

I hope it can be fixed so i can play the upcoming event

Hi,

I lost one time and I began again but now I need help please. I used to play at DMK with my Facebook connection. My last phone (galaxy S6) is crash so I take a galaxy S10. But I lost my progression. Could you help me please?!!! Tell me what informations you need.

I got the update for the new Nemo challenge but when I went to purchase Bruce the game glitched and took 400 of my gems and I still don't have Bruce?!  Very frustrating!!!

I was a level 44 the new update didn't install right so I uninstalled and then reinstalled and I clicked my account on the keep this account and instead of it linking  my account and restarting the game it saved the level 1 to my Facebook instead how do i get my account back i have put a lot of work and money into that account and I'm very upset Here is my ticket #18741991

I was at level 38 but now I'm at level 1 :(
