I purchased Timon with my tower challenge point, the game crashed, and when I opened it back up, the 5,000 was gone, but Timon was not in my cache of characters and is still for purchase.  This was 7/16.  Today, with two characters having 43 minutes left of battling the evil queen, 4 cocoas on reserve, and almost 2,000 points saved up to spend, the game glitches and ALL is lost as far as tower challenge goes.  Help!   I put the ticket number above.  User number is 2566:asa:f9d8gh    Windows PC.  Version 4.1.1a(asa).    Uninstalled and reinstalled after 2nd crash.

To add to my previous post, I had almost 12,000 in points  in addition to the 5,000 (Timon) and 2,000 unspent Maleficent coins.
