I lost all my progress when my iphone magically crashed and won't turn back on. Unfortunately I didn't link my game to any social media account (which I clearly regretted very much). Have also sent a request to customer service 9 days ago with the ticket ID 17117154 but to no reply at all... PLEASE. HELP. ME. All that money spent on the game is not worth it if I just lose it all!!!!!!

Let them know what happened and what your User ID is 
@Kim Psaila - It can take several days to receive a response from customer care. You should have received an automated email from customer service when you submitted your ticket, in the meantime you could attempt to reply to that email. 
@kewpiesushi - That's a long time to not have received any response. If you received an automated email 9 days ago please try and reply to it. Perhaps Irina can also take a look at it for you soon.

It’s been over 24 hours with no further response. My other children have all gotten Mickey’s suit while my daughter is stuck in limbo. I’d really appreciate a response. Thank you.

I did get back to them. I haven’t heard back yet. I have spent money on this game, I really don’t want my money and my progress to be lost.
