Maybe I did a mistake

Me again  :P , as I got the response from the customer care service, I realized, that I wrote my Google Play Games Email into the Mail, instead of my Facebook Email.

Does it count, to get a backup for my Account through Google Play Games or is Facebook the only possibility?
If so.. can someone from the staff may update my Ticket so I dont have to reopen it? I guess there are plenty of tickets, so I dont want to waste more time from gettin all the Accounts back  :???:
