Уважаемые Друзья!
У меня огромная проблема! Вчера у Вас были проблемы с Сервером, после того как удалось получить соединение у меня испарился мой Аккурант (профиль). Всё пропало !!! Игра предложила мне какбы новый аккурант – как для новичка. Теперь я виднею как новичёк „Michael”. Мой старый Аккурант который был – „MMichael” (гильдия DEMONEATERS). Может Вам поможет мой номер (я только не знаю новый этот номер или старый ???) ID#: d74870x.
Я потерял всё что собирал несколько лет!!! Прошу мне помочь!!!

Hi,
My ticket# is :18264613, I report the issue due to the game data cannot connect to the social platform like facebook or gamecenter, so now I only have to play on the cellphone, when I try to use other ios device to login the game, the system will show a new character with 0 lvl, and the ingame function for facebook and gamecenter, both does not connected on any devices, please fix asap, I really dont want lose my V10 character. Thanks

Hi, 

My ticket id is 18714365. My character name is AncientOrb.
I am having server connection error. Please note, when i create a new character, I can play the game but if I retrieve my AncientOrb character via Facebook backup, I get connection error issue.

I have followed the agents recommended steps but I cannot log into the game.

Please help look into this.
I really appreciate your help

I'm having this problem. Did all the trouble shooting, played the first mission and it gave me the option to load my old account. When I do I get the connection error all over again. ticket ID is 19946485.

Ticket I.D. Is 20059351, nothing has worked so far I can't get past the loading screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times & have also tired it on LYE cellular connection and several Wi-fi servers. Still nothing, help please
