New Device, cannt get back my Account

I  have got the same problem with my new device.
My progress was reset after trying to play Dungeon Hunter 5 in my new device.

I have no idea how to start game with my big level .

Hey, Lê!

If you had your progress connected with a social account, simply reconnect on your new device and the game will load your old character. If this does not help, or you don't have your progress connected, please reach out to our Customer Care team via the in-game option as they'll be able to assist you further.

Hey, Tudor FromGameloft,

I logged into the game with my google account but still the new account. My old game account does not come back. I was in the game and contacted customer suppor but still not resolved.
