Please give me what I paid for

Purchased 2 starter packs and only received the keys but not the chests. Was given 180 gems for compensation.  I didn't pay for gems can you please give me my chests or refund my purchase?  I'm getting tired of getting screwed over by this game and its horrific "customer support"!

Sadly I can't directly help you with this. You'll have to share your ticket ID with me, if you have one from CC. With that, I can track your issue and keep escalating it until you get a resolution.

Thanks Tudor. I contacted Google and was immediately refunded my money. Turns out they frown on players not receiving the products that they purchase.
