Lost Character

I've lost my main character Charlie player code 3dc3ae. Also my secondary character lilcornholio player code 618c24 has been switched to my primary email address.  My ticket number is 16462178. I've emailed customer support every day for a week and no one will help me or even respond

Well they finally got back to me. Said I was being sent a save file that never showed up. Now I'm back to waiting for a response. Looks like I'll be missing my 3rd guild war in a row. I wish  Gameloft was as quick to help as they are when taking my money.

Tudor my latest response from support simply says my account is linked to Google play services and I can fix it myself. If I knew how to fix it it would be done by now. Still in need of help please.
