hello GL team, I am facing a problem. I am unable to create a ticket. I can't make a ticket from game directly and online too - the loading is ethernal. I asked for support via support@gameloft.com but the answer was I have to creat a ticket from game. Other emails will not be answered. I asked Gameloft Belle for support, she shared me link which should work but once I created ticket I got this msg....
I want to create a ticket due to lost mastered gatekeeper after the last update and due to lost gems last weekend from connections issues.
How to proceed to create a ticket?
