HE PERDIDO MI PROGRESO AYUDA!!!!

Necesito ayuda urgente de los desarroladores de gameloft para el juego dungeon hunter 5 windows, he perdido mi progreso de mi cuenta KNIGHT nivel 140 , la cual esta vinculada a la cuenta de facebook con correo alfredojeda@gmail.com.

Ya hice el reporte y me arrojo la incidencia # 14337927
El 13 de octubre de 2017 luego de tratar de ingresar otra cuenta en el juego me ocurrio este error y ahora me sale una cuenta de nombre JAEROD de nivel 25.

Antes de que ocurriera este fallo tenia equipado la armadura Archimaestro de las profundidades de la marea, las doble espadas alfanje de las profundidades de la marea, el escudo velo de humo, el cinturón justicia inmortal, el brazalete erupción de llama, y de arma secundaria el bastón encarnación de la muerte sombria. Para el momento tenia 389 gemas.

Llevo varios dias reportando lo sucedido y aun no recibo respuesta por parte de ustedes, espero por favor puedan hacerse responsable de este fallo y pueda recuperar mi progreso ya que me ha costado bastante tener mi cuenta como la tenia. Sigo a la espera de su pronta respuesta y solucion a mi problema.Envio adjuntas en este correo algunas capturas de lo que me ha sucedido.

Mi clan es FIREDEMON

Estoy en la liga legendario en fortalezas y estaba de 2do lugar en los mejores jugadores de la fortaleza.No quiero perderme el evento de haloween asi que por favor necesito que me solucionen a la brevedad posible este grave error.Grabiel Ojeda.

I already answered my problem, but after the update of haloween the game does not want to open it is closed in the logo of gameloft.

so I can not see if it solved my problem with my progress.

This is my ticket number 14471725.

Please inform when the problem is solved. I know that many people are affected by this error in windows, we all close the game when we start the gameloft logo, this happens after the game update version 3.0.1.9

in my case I use windows 8.1 operating system, I also tried windows 10 and the same thing happens.

I have a PC with core 2 duo processor e8200 @ 2.67 GHz, 2 GB DDR2 RAM and GeForce 9400 GT Video Card.

Thank you very much for the answer, I hope you can solve this problem very soon.

Other games work perfectly on this PC: Modern combat 5, Modern combat Versus and Asphalt 8.
